  Only Canadian owned car rental in NS. They rented me a fabulous Jeep Cherokee Limited for next to nothing, allowed me to return it in Halifax. The customer service was excellent, they were the cheapest and best.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called them to let them know ahead of time that our flight was delayed and we would arrive at 10:50pm (BEFORE closing time). We needed our rental car to drive to lunenberg (1 hour away) to get to our hotel, however when we landed and I called they did not answer. We called 3 times and left a voicemail message, all before closing time and no response!! They left us stranded at the airport and refused to accept responsibility the following morning when we went to pick up our car. Not only did we have to pay for 2 hotels that night, but our travel plans were effected. The customer service we received from the worker's behind the desk and the operations manager for N.S, Derek, was horrible!! I am beyond disappointed by their customer service.

  Absolutely no issues whatsoever, picked me up from airport in 10min. They even gave me a free car upgrade which was most appreciated. Would recommend

  Arrived and my vehicle I wanted was not there but I was upgraded to a truck sweet eh?! Then I told them my flight was 5 am so If I brought the tank back with whatever gas I used gone would I be charged a bunch. They assured me it would be taken care of so I get my statement for my credit card and I was charged $109 dollars for 3/4 of a tank of gas! When I called I was told that I paid for the whole tank to be filled with the option they told me would be cheaper for me. Then they said it would of been explained to me that pre paid means u pay for the whole tank REGARDLESS of how much gas you actually use. Who in their right mind wouldn't fill the tank before hand knowing that info? Not to mention I never would of had a tank that big had I had the car I asked for. So instead of trying to find a solution they offer to charge me more for a non pre paid offer. There's always a catch to something that seems to good to be true and I guess this was it.

  Reserved a car a week in advance. But my flight was delayed due to weather conditions. They refused to hold my reservation, despite pleading with them, and guaranteeing I will be there the next day and being willing to pay an extra day for the rental. They will leave you stranded if anything happens to your flight. Now I'm with my wife and 3 kids for a week in Nova Scotia without a car. Never rent from these people. If your flight is delayed, they will give your car to someone else. I've never experienced this at any other car rental company. Horrible policy.
